RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with the product. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see more information below.

RETURNS

All returns must be marked within 14 days of the purchase date. All items returned must be in new and unused condition.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email info@redlineearplugs.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original cardboard packaging and the return form provided, then mail to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 21 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email once when return has been processed.
